METHODOLOGY & BENCHMARKS
Baseline
All baseline values are user-supplied via the inputs at the top. The do-nothing baseline scenario assumes 1% MoM industry drift in organic traffic if no AEO/SEO investment is made.
Backlink impact
Each quality backlink generates ~14 referral visits in month 1, decaying to ~6 by month 6. Each 10 backlinks adds 0.4% to organic MoM growth via authority compounding (Ahrefs/Campfire Labs 2024).
Funnel logic
Six stages: Traffic → Leads → MQLs → Demos Booked → Demos Held → Closed Won. Each stage is independently configurable. Effective Lead-to-Won = product of all four funnel rates.
